Screen turns white when flying through water in all gamemodes mode.

When I fly through water on spectator mode the my whole screen turns white.

What I expected to happen was...:
Go through water and hear the sound and see the water texture.

What actually happened was...:
My screen turned a white (with parts of grey round the outside)(see attachment). And I heard the sound. It happens in all game modes and in f5. This was tested on a server and it doesn't happen on singleplayer.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go on a Minecraft server
2. Find water - preferably deep.
3. Jump in
4. See white screen.
