Server "Crashes" when a player joins in 1.8.1

The server runs nicely at start and then someone tries to join and the server isn't join-able any more even if the java process is still on. In the console there is an error that shows over and over without stopping (image). I have to write stop in the server console to stop the process and downgrade to 1.8.
