Flat World "big tornado thing of grey things" and repeated areas like a lava lake

when i spawned in istarted to walk and a big tornado of grey blotches appeared and there were consistent patterns of lava lakes in/on the ground.
the grass caught on fire and when i stopped walking it all stopped exept for the grass being on fire
