/playsound doesn't play sound

If you use the playsound command, it won't play some sounds.

e.g.:
/playsound fireworks.blast1 @p
/playsound random.classic_hurt @p

especially all sounds with a number don't work if specified.

issue is both with commandblocks and chatcommands.
