Chunks flickering after 20 mins of play

I play normal for about 20ish minutes and then some chucks starting flickering strange which then spreads to all areas. This is only on my end and it happens in single, multiplayer, and realms. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Java and MInecraft, I also tried to make sure my graphics drivers were updated. I can play other games just fine and this is the only one that I have issues with. Not sure what to do at this point. I have recorded it, but have no way to share that.
