Redstone inputs do not unpower

What I expected to happen was a button, or pressure plate to unpower after time
What actually happened was the inputs remained powered indefinitely
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a Button or Pressure Plate
2. Press or Activate
3. Bug Reproduced
