Minecart stucks when it far away from player

it's very old bug. OS doesn't effects on it. Single and multiplayer have it.
It effects on all types of minecart without a player inside

To create this situation:
1) build very long redstone-powered straight railroad(500+ blocks length)
2) Build a minecart send back sistem on end of road (ring for example)
3) Go to start of the road
4) Set the minimum render distance for more obvious result
5) send the minecart
6) stay and wait the minecart forever. It never returns.

It makes completely impossible to send minecarts and resources on a long range without player in it.
