/setworldspawn offsetting player randomly

If you use /setworldspawn it will set a spawnpoint but if you use /kill, you will be offsetted away from the custom World spawn that you set.

Step 1: Use /setworldspawn

Step 2: Use /kill

Step 3: You'll be somewhere else.
