I'm not able to break blocks

What i was trying to do was break blocks and move around.
What actually happened was me being able to physically move, but not look around in any direction with control. I am also unable to break blocks on servers and single player (creative and survival.) Even when i am using the right tools i am not able to break anything, not even flowers or grass.
