Placing blocks.

After a lot of time that I play in single player,in every world,if I try to place a block or if I try to destroy a block,doesen't works.

I was exepected that the block that I tried to place will get placed where I wanted and I was exepected that the block that I tried to destroy will get destroyed...

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I try to place the block/destroy a block
2. The hand of Steve moves like does it should moves in this cases
3. The block remains normal without having any animation..

I'm sorry if I made mistackes. I'm not english and I'm studying it.
I hope that one day you will solve it
