When even I attempt to open the minecraft launcher is crashes.r

When ever I attempt to open the minecraft launcher is crashes. I've tried asking about this before but none of the suggestions worked, Java is up to date as is the video card, I've reinstated several times and the same problem persists. I am attaching the crash report for you to view.
