Snow Golems can be created horizontally or upside down

Placing 2 snow blocks next to each other and then a pumpkin or Jack'o lantern results in spawning a Snow Golem (with its pumpkin on top).
It also works by placing 2 snow blocks on top of each other, then placing the pumpking or jack'o lanter underneath it.
