Stat.useItem vyg

So I was trying to make a gun reloading system using the stat.useItem with a golden_shovel, and i used the testfor command with it, and the comparator stayed on. I used /testfor @p[score_Hellfire-Reload_min=5] and I set my Hellfire Reload to 0 and it still said "Found nate90911" is this a bug or not.
