Minecraft randomly crashes to white, brown or black screen.

This usually happens when playing on ProjectAres (http://oc.tc). It mostly happens on the nostalgia server (nostalgia.oc.tc).

The crash report is in rtf format because TextEdit cannot save in plain text (dumb). This report happened on the mac mini but also happens on my windows box too.
