There are a few things wrong with the block placement

There are a few things wrong with the block with in the system.

*What I expected to happen was the eye of ender can be placed in the end portal frame to create the portal.

*What actually happened was the eye of ender can not placed in the end portal frame slots.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. find stronghold
2. build end poral frame
3. try to place eye of ender in frame

*What I expected to happen was glass can be stacked on one another in deep water.

*What actually happened was glass stacked on one another in deep water breaks.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place glass in deep water from ground up.
