CMD + pick block locks picking blocks later

When I use cmd+pick-block-button I will get a block with custom NBT. But when I try to pick block again, I have to try 2 times (or more) before I can use pick block again. And the 2 extra times I have to use pick block do not work if I use CMD + pick block.
