Screen flickering in windowed mode Windows 8 64-bit

Strange screen flickering if I'm playing MC in window mode. Switching to full screen will solve the problem. Anyways, annoying. I have this bug since I use this new PC with Windows 8 64-bit. So it is not depending on the MC version.
