Minecraft freezes when rapid breaking blocks or in menu (used a macro)

Minecraft froze and crashed when rapidly breaking blocks and/or flashing through pause menu with rapid click macro, 1400 clicks/min. I used Autohotkey to simulate the mouse clicks.

Game freezes as if no blocks have been brocken, when reentering world they have.

To recreate:
Create a Singleplayer world
look down
use macro to rapid break blocks
