Inaccessible Setting in Realms

When I went to play Diversity 2 on Minecraft Realms Command Blocks Unexpectedly Turned Off and when I went to see why they were off All Of the settings were Not Available.
I am not sure if this is a bug or is meant to be there. If you can respond that would be great.
