Dropper hopper chest

when making a dropper chain to hopper line that has chests attached the priority is not the chest if empty the dropper always takes priorty.

eg clock on droppers chain going up with hoppers dropping items back down to next row of droppers. Put a hopper facing chest and run it you will see it.
