Minecraft Server - chest cannot be open, player pulled back to chest after walking

Can only open chest at slow rate or cannot at all, while the that is happening the player is constantly pulled back to the chest when walked away until the chest is opened is the player able to walk away without getting pulled back

This seems to only be happen with map that are created in the 1.8 version of Minecraft, as older version map and the 1.8 map that was downgraded to 1.7.10 was tested and had worked fine
