The tab menu on the server you are playing on is showing info from the wrong server

The tab menu on the server you are playing on is showing info from the wrong server.
i went on a server called Freakyville and when i pressed tab it showed info from the Cubekrowd server. I played on the Cubekrowd server earlier today but it still should not do that.
