Cant See spawned player Heads

Cant See spawned player Heads

What I expected to happen was...:
I will Spawn Playerheads for a Map..

What actually happened was...:
I cant see these Heads Skin just the Normal Steve / Alex
But in 1.7.2 works?

Steps to Reproduce:
1. /give @p skull 1 3

{SkullOwner:"AnyAccountwithSkin"}

2. Place it and i cant see the Head Skin
