Java not reacting when clicking multiplayer or trying to join a singleplayer world

i played mc like always but the next day i openend mc and clicked multiplayer poof freez tried to restart my computer but didnt work unfortuntaly so i tried it a few times when te point was reached that i wanted to play singleplayer but that didn´t work but for singleplayer it gave me a crash report
