Skin Issue

Everytime I log into Minecraft 1.7.9 and I check my skin, for some reason all the textures are mixed around and some are even missing. It is also never showing the skin I set it too. This is actually the 1.7.9 Minecraft Version but there is no choice for 1.7 in the Affects Version. Also that way you can check if it was fixed in 1.8.
