Withers can destroy barriers

What I expected to happen was:
The withers couldn't break them

What actually happened was...:
They were able to destroy the "indistructible" barriers.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put a wither in a box of barriers
2. Spawn a wither
3. The wither, when it shoots the barriers, can break the block
