minecraft is not open since I install the resource pack below

the game is started by the resource pack
What actually happened was...:
to start the game in the introduction it gets stuck and says error and does not start
*Steps to Reproduce:
1. open minecraft
2. in the launcher click play or play offline
3. and wait
