[Bug Report Site] Abled to chose Unreleased versions in bug report

Hello, I was reporting a bug, and I saw you can enter future versions.
This is very strange, since they are not released. We shouldn't be abled to report for those versions. They should only be "fix version".
Because this is not a game bug, and I really don't know how to report a bug about the bug report site, I tought, lets show it right here. Extra I made this report Private, so only mods and Mojangsters can read this (I think).

Lets say, I just wanted to mention this. People can enter future versions, while they don't know if it is actually in there.

If this is not a bug, but intended, then is my question, why is everyone abled to? It makes no sense to me, and can only cause abuse.
