Server stops STDOUT output on Linux

After some time, the server stops all output to STDOUT. This includes chat messages, RCON infos and interactive output.

As far as i can see, this only happens after chat messages. It could potentially be a problem with german umlauts (chat is in german).

The logfiles continue working normally.

A minecraft server restart fixes the problem.
