top line of text on sign cut off by block above it

When I logged into my server (I just updated to pre release and don't know if this was the case before) I noticed that the text on one of my signs was half cut off by a block that was above it.

The first image was the original. I placed a new sign with a block over it to test if it would still have the glitch. It did... It shows my f3 screen in case that helps.
