After a little while on my server I receive a Java Error. java.io.IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host

I created a server on one my macbook pro and use my windows 8 custom pc to play minecraft. After a few seconds i receive a notification: java.io.IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host
