Vita - Save File Corruption - Save is reset to seed 0, and acts as if the file is new

What I expected to happen was...:
Tried to load save to play game

What actually happened was...:
File image was reset to default block, name was intact, acted like a normal save file, but seed was reset to 0 and file all gameplay was lost.

Steps to Reproduce:
This is what I did before booting up the game to play. Wifi was off the entire time.
1. Saved game, then Save and Exit Game
2. Hit the sleep button on the Vita.
3. Booted up the Vita, clicked play game, and file image disappeared for my world, reset to the default block icon, and seed was reset.
