1.8 Skins dont update

i uploaded my skin and it seems not to update unless i choose alex. Can you fix this please i want a new skin, but it seems it doesnt want to update anymore. Here is the skin i have and the skin i want to change that.

the Legoman99573_New Skijn.png is what i wanted to change and it has been the same for 3 days. Please fix it i want my skin to be changed
