Add inverted scrolling option for OS X

OS X has an option to select which direction scrolling should apply for the touchpad, after ~5 years of touch screen use, natural feels better.
However this also changes the scroll direction for mouse wheels on actual mice.
I have tried to use ScrollReverser https://pilotmoon.com/scrollreverser/ which should restore the mouse behaviour but this is ignored by Minecraft’s input system.

If the game added this in options, to simply swap up/down on scroll, I would hug all.

(this is not MC-4657 as that is related to scroll acceleration)
