Entity's Lose Scoreboard Scores when in unloaded Chunk

Basically if you add a scoreboard score to an entity then leave the chunk its in ( unloaded chunk ) when you come back the entity no longer has the scoreboard score set on it. This is a pretty big change if it was on purpose.
