Invisible Ender Dragon

Spawning a Ender Dragon with (No AI) caused a dragon with no AI and a invisible Dragon to spawn.

What I expected to happen was a Dragon with no AI to spawn after i used command.

What happened was a Dragon with no AI spawned with another invisible Dragon that destroyed the ground.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Be in the Overworld . (Has not tried it in the End)
2. Type the command - /summon EnderDragon ~ ~ ~

{NoAI:1}

You can see the Dragon with no AI not moving but another invisible Dragon is deleting blocks as it fly's around.
