Multiple random redstone signals appear in an active cycle of repeaters over time

In one of my worlds I have a cycle of repeaters that goes on infinitely. Sometimes, when I quit the game and go back on, random signal patterns in the repeaters have started randomly. It appears that the longer the cycle, the more likely these random signals are to appear.
