Invisible Players in Dedicated Servers (Mini Games Server)

When I join a server (Minigame server - MC Central), some players are invisible, like, I know they are there, but I can't see them. Isn't hack, it's a bug, a glitch. It just happens on 1.8, and I know that happens with other players too. Please, help me! It makes hard when playing mini-games.
