Incorrect Piston Pulse

For some reason a piston pulses even though it is still powered. If you press the button, the piston pulses... However, it tried to recreate this over multiple chunks (thought that could have been the reason but that doesn't seem to be it. I can't recreate this in any other spot on the map which makes this almost impossible to understand...
