Skin is not updating?

So I changed my skin like weeks ago and it is this skin http://imgur.com/X3WSi4i
But if I go to a skin viewer which is Minecraft Skin Viewer it shows my old skin, can anyone tell me why my dinosaur skin isn't showing?
