2 Javaw.exe running

my minecraft suddenly starts having this extreme lag then i checked my process tab then i saw 2 javaw.exe running and not happened before just now can you please help me fix it im new to computers and i love minecraft please help me to remove the lag and about this 2 javaw.exe running it causes the lag so much
