armor stands don't retain name

when naming an armor stand in an anvil, after placing it down it loses the name, and the name cannot be seen... also as an entity i feel name-tags should work on them, but that is beside the point. I wasted a few levels in survival doing so and i feel with levels being as hard to get now as they are, this should be either fixed, or they should not be allowed to be placed in anvils.

to replicate:
1. put armor stand item in anvil and rename
2. place in world
3. look at it or break it
4. name lost
