Well, I have been getting connection issues with servers and people can see my messages but I can't connect to server..

Sometimes when I am on a server, people can see my chat messages but I cannot see anyone else's chat messages. I then disconnect after a few minutes for "connection timed out". I do live in South Africa and we have terrible internet. I am not really sure that it is my internet tho as people can still see my messages..
This has been happening for a very long time..
And it does this with every version. And it is like every night it is a 20% chance this will happen for the whole night.. Not sure if other people get this too.
