Ocelot Spawn Rate Out of Control

In cleared areas of grass, after a couple of hours left unkept, ocelots seem to reproduce (manually, spawning baby ocelots) at very abnormal rates, resulting in clusters of 20-30 ocelots in said cleared areas.

As of yet, I've only found this issue to occur in a jungle biome on a single player, creative mode, large biome world.
