will not connect to online minecraft severs. when trying to load up the world crashes out of the game

Minecraft in the launcher it says permison denied connect and will not let me on my internet. It crashes when trying to log into a offline world. I also have bought all the other games for the consoles witch i was very happy with then this it is not working i was thinking about getting scrolls but if it runs like this then i will just forget it.

For it to open to the home page be able to play.

1. log into minecraft
