Swinging items

Slowing clicks to around 4 clicks per second produces rapid sword/item swinging. When increasing to about 7 clicks per second the sword/item will swing rather randomly, sometimes not at all. It only happens when swinging into the air, not on a person or a block. It's terribly annoying.
