Invisible entity damage in desert biome

What I expected to happen was...:
Peacefully walk through

What actually happened was...:
Random spots in the desert biome where you receive damage like from cactus, but are invisible and have no hit box.

Steps to Reproduce:
Find spot, repeatedly run into.
