TP command bug

If you use TP to a place out of the world (e.g, 000, 000000, 0000) you get stuck. Sometimes, you can reload the world to get out, and others not. And! The void will NOT kill you. Chat won't appear in the chat log, commands don't work, you can't fly in creative... please fix this!
