/playsound note.harp in Command Block does not work

When attempting to play the note.harp High G sound through a command block, it turns up with: '' is not a valid number, and does not play the sound.

Steps to reproduce: Plug this command: /playsound note.harp @a[r=200] ~ ~ ~ 2 1.8 0.1 into a command block, then run it.
