Banners disappear at some angles.

At some angles, I notice banners will just disappear before they leave the entire screen.
Like the screenshots below, first there is no banner, turn my view slightly, and there it is.

This seems to happen when the top part of the wall banner is placed in a different subchunk / section and only in some camera angles.
